Return Policy

At Julie Bean’s Bath & Body, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handcrafted bath and body products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping, we are happy to assist you. Please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Damage Promptly – Email us at askjuliebeans@hotmail.com on the same day you receive your package.
  2. Provide Clear Photos – Attach clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging for our review.
  3. Case-by-Case Evaluation – We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Please note that we are unable to process claims without photos or if the request is submitted after the day of delivery.
